Choose your session length, day, and time. You’ll pay by card right when you book.

What if the time doesn’t work out? Whether something comes up or you’re unwell, you can cancel up to 3 business days before the start and I’ll refund your payment.

Payment is by card via Stripe, right when you book. You’ll get a confirmation email with your Google Meet link. Calendar not showing? Open it on its own page.

About me

I know your roles. I’ve been in them myself.

I’m 39, with two teenage kids and a great husband. I’ve been through both an influencer career and a corporate management one, so I know what you’re dealing with. I’ve dealt with it too: going back to work after maternity leave, sprinting between career and family, a promotion, a change of field, but also conflicts at work and getting fired.

I’ve been in the corporate world for more than 10 years. I’ve worked at the headquarters of L’Oréal and Česká spořitelna, and I currently work at Vodafone. I lead international teams, know recruitment, love IT product management, and have built processes and rolled out new technologies.

I studied at both a Czech and a foreign university: my engineering degree (Ing.) is from the Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague, and I spent part of my studies at the University of the West of Scotland.

As MamaLifestyle, from 2013 I filmed and edited my own YouTube videos: pregnancy and motherhood diaries, tips for mums, recipes, and make-up. I built a community of more than 200,000 subscribers, Forbes named me one of the 77 most influential Czechs on social media in 2015, and I had my own show on Playtvak.cz.

I also learned to say no: I accepted around 5% of collaboration offers, and in 2016 I took a break to protect my kids’ privacy and my own wellbeing. Today I’m back to creating on my own terms — since July 2025 I’ve been publishing my Lifestyle Podcast about life between family, career, and self-care. I’ll help you figure out what’s worth sharing, and where to keep something just for yourself.
